Thanks for your kind comments. I don’t collect teapots, the bookstore/cafe where I gave the lecture booksigning sells them and that was a display you see behind me.
Either that, or I’m a closet teapot collector who won’t admit it on the internet (just kidding).

I’m a competitive cyclist who started following your plan 9 weeks ago. I follow the crossfit endurance site for my main cycling workouts so my over all training volume is low but intensity is very high with 3 workouts per week of no more than an hour. Initially, I saw my TUL increase for 7 weeks straight but my last two workouts I have seen a decrease in time under load with the same exact weights I’ve been using for the last 8 weeks. Could it be that I am just too tired from riding to follow this program or have I hit a brief plateu? Thoughts? I do conduct the Big 5 with free weights.
