The whole family went down to UE yestarday. The kids cleaned the facility while I did my WOW. Afterwards, they each did a Big 3 that included, Leg Press, Chest Press and Pulldown. They both are able to use very good form now at age 9 and 11. They both also have learned to push to failure or near failure, and are strong as heck. Afterwards, Wendy came down and I put her through her WOW.

After our collective WOW’s we all went out to eat, and then did grocery shopping in preparation for the week ahead. Seeing the health and vitality of my family as we walked from the restaurant to the grocery store filled me with pride.
