Post your WOW’s

Just a brief post to let readers know that the posting difficulty is due to the fact that we are installing new anti-spam software. John was spending 2 hours per day just deleting spam. Once installed we should be able to remove the logon requirement and things should be back to normal.

Thanks for your patience.

Doug McGuff

I did my WOW at Hugh Hines’ Precision Exercise in Houston on Monday. Thanks to Hugh (and to Doug Holland and his wife Amy) for the Hospitality on my trip to Texas.

The workout at Precision Exercise was.
SuperSlow Systems Leg Press 500/1:59
SS systems pulldown (with Cam) 150/1:22
SS systems chest press 140/1:35
Nautilus low back 110/1:29

My experience with Doug and Hugh reinforced how important good supervision really is. Every bit of the workload that will eat into your recovery goes to productive use with proper supervision. Thanks guys.
